Anushka is playing the title role in India's first historical stereoscopic 3D movie, 'Rudhramadevi', directed by Gunasekhar. Allu Arjun played Gona Gannareddy in this film and his first look has been released.

"We have shot some important scenes in the film and action sequences in the supervision of Peter Heinz for 40 days. Gona Ganna Reddy role will be one of the highlights of the film. Allu Arjun has played Gona Gannareddy role, which attracts the youth and the mass audiences, very well. The post production work of the film is being done at a brisk pace presently", said Gunasekhar.

Anushka, Rana Daggubati, Allu Arjun, Krishnam Raju, Catherine Tresa, Nitya Menen, Prakash Raj, Aditya Menon, Vennela Kishore, Ahuti Prasad, Chalapathi Rao, Shivaji Raja etc are the cast of the film.
