‘Godse’: ‘Ra Rammandhi Kadha’ is laced with nostalgia

Satyadev Kancharana’s protagonist goes to his native place and is smitten by the nostalgic bug in the song ‘Ra Rammandhi Kadha’, whose video version is out. The June 17th release is a vigilante action thriller directed by Gopiganesh Pattabhi. 

The song, composed by Sandy Addanki, is sung by Ram Miryala with a semi-loud touch. Written by Ramajogayya Sastry, it takes the cake for its simplicity. Usually, action films don’t have nostalgia-laced situations/numbers. It has to be seen how the director has made use of this feel-good number in the context of the film. 

Starring Aishwarya Lekshmi as the heroine, the actioner has Brahmaji, Tanikella Bharani, Nagababu Konidela, Sijju Menon, Varghese, Prudhvi Raj and others in different roles. 

Produced by C Kalyan of CK Screens, ‘Godse’ also features Noel Sean, Priyadarshi, Chaitanya Krishna, Pawan Santhosh, and Guru Charan. Sunil Kashyap and Suresh S have composed the music and cranked the camera, respectively.
