'Godfather' is going to hit the screens on October 5. The lyrical video of the first song 'Thakkar Maar' will be out later today (September 20).

The news is that the Chiranjeevi-Salman Khan film has bagged a stunning digital deal with Netflix. It's learned that the streaming giant has paid Rs 57 Cr for the Telugu and Hindi-language digital rights of the movie. This seems to be one of the greatest digital deals in the history of South Indian cinema.

If the digital rights have fetched a fanciful amount, the theatrical rights have also been sold for a bomb. The genre of 'Godfather', the pre-release fever, and the get-up of Chiru are raising expectations.

On September 28, the big-ticket entertainer's pre-release event will be held in Anantapur. The Mohan Raja directorial's riveting trailer will be released on September 25. The promotions are expected to reach the expectations of the fans of Chiranjeevi.
