Giri Babu has joined the 'NTR alone can save TDP' bandwagon. The veteran Tollywood artiste, who played a number of memorable roles in the '80s and '90s, is of the view that the Nandamuri Young Tiger alone can lead TDP out of the crisis it is presently in.

He feels that NTR alone can prevent the rejection of the current leadership by the people. If he enters TDP, the party and its leaders will stand saved automatically.

Giri Babu is surely delusional in believing that the political novice alone can be the saviour. NTR surely has crowd-pulling charisma but to project him as the only hope is far-fetched. NTR has not spoken a single line on any contentious socio-political issue in the last 10 years. And some people have unrealistic expectations from such a person who is into making moolah as an actor.
