Ghazal Srinivas gets bail

Popular singer Ghazal Srinivas, who was recently arrested following a sexual assault-related complaint filed by a lady Radio Jockey with the Panjagutta police. One Kumari, who works with a radio station, had alleged in her complaint that Srinivas sexually harassed her recently. Based on the complaint, a preliminary investigation was carried out by the police.

The news is that the singer was on Wednesday given a bail by a city civil court. He was in the jail for 22 days.

He had pleaded innocence, saying that he saw Kumari as his daughter.
