'Ghani' blocks a new release date

Varun Tej's 'Ghani' got postponed from February 25 to March 4 after 'Bheemla Nayak' announced its theatrical release date last month. But the boxing-based action drama has not stuck to March 4 either. The film has now chosen April 8 as its new release date.
Directed by Kiran Korrapati, the film stars Varun Tej in an intense role. Its music is by Thaman and its female lead role has been played by Saiee Manjrekar.
Co-written by Abburi Ravi, 'Ghani' is directed by a newcomer but produced on a lavish scale. Its stunts are by Dhilip Subbarayan and Larnell Stovall. Also featuring Upendra, Sunil Shetty, Naveen Chandra, the actioner is co-produced by Sidhu Mudda. 'Ghani' is the costliest movie in Varun Tej's career.
Varun Tej's 'F3' will hit the screens on May 27. So, this Summer, the Mega hero is all set to have two important releases.
