A German woman carrying a bunch of flowers was reportedly spotted entering the ambulance carrying legendary Australian cricketer Shane Warne’s body. The Thai police are currently investigating the matter.

The woman, seemingly a fan of the late cricketer, was apparently allowed to spend nearly 40 seconds in the ambulance, which was carrying Warne’s body for autopsy. The incident raised questions as to why neither the local police nor the Australian police were present near the ambulance which was parked on the ferry. As per reports, none of Shane Warne’s friends were able to identify the woman. The Thai police also recently confirmed that there was no foul play suspected in his death.

52-year-old Shane Warne passed away on March 4 from a suspected heart attack at a luxury resort villa in Koh Samui, Thailand, where he was vacationing. Cricketers, celebrities, politicians, cricket viewers and fans across the world have been mourning the player’s death over the last couple of days.
