Becoming one of the biggest hits of the year is Nani-starrer Gentleman. We had reported that the worldwide share for 10 days stood at a spectacular Rs. 15,02,91,953. The news is that the 3rd weekend worldwide share is about Rs. 17.32 cr.

This means that the romantic-thriller has been going still strong. This Mohankrishna Indraganti directorial's splendid achievement is that it has become a top grosser in two months (June and July) when films don't realize their fullest potential.

Besides continuing its spectacular show in the US (where its share is Rs. 3.85 cr), the film has been doing well in Karnataka especially (with its share of Rs. 1.20 cr as of the end of the 17th day). Its total Overseas share is Rs. 4.25 cr.

In Nizam, it has mopped up a whopping Rs. 4.90 cr, whereas in Uttarandhra and Ceded its share stands at Rs. 1.44 cr and Rs. 1.38 cr., respectively. In Krishna, it's approx. Rs. 1.03 cr. Guntur, West Godavari, East Godavari and Nellore come next.

Nani and Niveda Thomas' performance have especially come in for huge applause from the audience. David Nathan's story and Indraganti's narration have delivered goods. Mani Sharma's songs are another big reason for the film's success.
