Genelia turns a golden leg for Telugu films

Genelia entered into the Telugu film industry with 'Boys' directed by Shankar. Surprisingly, Shankar, who did never saw a failure, tasted defeat with that film. Later, she played heroine in films like 'Samba, Sye, Happy, Subhash Chandra bose and Ram'.
None of the film could make it to box office. With the continuous flops, she was branded as an 'Iron Leg' heroine in Tollywood.
However, she was given a different characterisation in 'Bommarillu' and the film has become a blockbuster and Genelia earned a very good name for her innocent performance in that character. She won the critical acclaim that the film has become so big hit because of Genelia's performance as 'Hasini'.
After this film, Genelia's flick 'Dhee' failed to see the light for some time and its release was postponed for several times. Finally, 'Dhee' hit the screen and proved a big hit. With two consecutive hits, Genelia turned a golden leg for the producers and are running after her for her call sheets.
The producers are planning to book her as heroine in two of the films of Manoj. She already signed the dotted line for a film to be directed by Neelakanta to pair up opposite Raja in a film to be produced by CC Reddy on the banner of Visu Films.
These days, the producers are trying to highlight Genelia's name that she is going to play heroine in their films. This reminds us the maxim  'Every Dog Will Have It's Own Day' and it was proved in case of Genelia.
