Actress Genelia who has acquired a special position in the hearts of Tamil film buffs with he performances in ‘Boys’, ‘Santhosh Subramaniam’ and ‘Velayutham’ settled win wedlock with her Bollywood colleague cum long time lover Riteish Deshmu, who is also the son of Vilas Rao Deshmukh who was a former Chief minister of Maharashtra. Riteish has confirmed in a recent interview that his wife Genelia is pregnant and they are excited to await a baby soon. Riteish has also mentioned that he has been in love with Genelia for more than ten years before marriage and named her as a selfless and simple person. Riteish says that his wife has always placed him ahead of herself and that’s what makes her so special to him.

Genelia made a cameo appearance in Salman Khan starrer ‘Jai Ho’ and awaiting the release of a couple of her long delayed Bollywood projects. It is expected that the chirpy actress will be off from acting for maternity and will take a call after her kid grows up.
