'Geetha Govindam': This is what is pre-release scenario

'Geetha Govindam' could well take the box office by a storm this weekend if it manages to generate a positive talk tomorrow (August 15). Ahead of its I-Day release, the Parusuram directorial is reportedly amassing attractive pre-release bookings.
Its pre-release theatrical rights are reportedly valued at something like Rs. 17 Cr. Given that Vijay Deverakonda piques interest in the youth audience, the film is likely to achieve break-even even if it gets average marks from initial audiences.
Allu Aravind is counting on everyone from VD to Rashmika Mandanna, Parusuram and Gopi Sundar to create a box office storm.
Jyothika's 'Jhansi', a dubbed film, is coming on Friday. But for this minor entry which is not a competitor by any stretch of imagination, there is no other Telugu film coming till August 24.
