Vijay Deverakonda has a new record in his kitty. 'Inkem Inkem Inkem Kaavaale' from 'Geetha Govindam' has become the fastest lyrical video in South India to reach the figure of 40 million views on YouTube. It has also garnered 460,000 likes.

It took just about 9 days to get the last 10 million views.

Gopi Sunder (Music director), Sid Sriram (Singer) and Anantha Sriram (Lyricist) have unarguably set a new benchmark for Telugu cinema. The song's classical touch has worked wonders. 'Inkem Inkem' is conceived as the lover boy's expression of mirth when the girl becomes his, but the 'raga' is more than exalting for the mood. Ananth Sriram pens lyrics that are a cross between cerebral and everyday language.

As for the other songs in the film, 'Yenti Yenti', rendered by Chinmayi, has become a hit. The album is turning out to be one of the most popular ones of the year, bagging 2 million views already.

'Geetha Govindam', starring Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine, is directed by Parusuram. The rom-com will be out in the theatres on Aug 15.
