Shriya Saran plays Vishnu Manchu's pair in 'Gayatri'. She speaks her mind, never mind the consequences. That's what the poster related to her character, released today, says.

The makers have spoken of the genre. "Gayatri` is a powerful mass action entertainer with an emotional family drama," they say. Directed by Madan, its titular role is played by Nikhila Vimal, while Mohan Babu will be seen in dual roles - a positive and a negative character.

Also featuring Brahmanandam and Anasuya Bharadwaj in supporting roles, it's produced on Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures and presented by Ariaana, Viviana and Vidya Nirvana.

Music is by SS Thaman. The cinematography is by Sarvesh Murari. Art direction is by Chinna. Editing is by MR Varma. Fights are by Kanal Kannan. Dance choreography is by Ganesh Acharya, Prem Rakshith.
