Small screen director Gauthaman, who made his presence felt in the tinsel town with ‘Magizhchi’, an adaptation of acclaimed Tamil novel ‘Thalaimuraigal’, is ready for his next.

The filmmaker is planning to work on two projects at a time and says script will get prominence in both the films. “For me, a good story is important than anything else,” he informs.

Throwing more light, he says, “While I would play the lead role in one of the movies, the other would have a prominent actor as protagonist. Talks are currently on and things will be finalised soon.”

Happy about ‘Magizhchi’, he says, “The story by Neela Padmanabahan is such that it was rated as one of the best works of modern Tamil literature. I am happy to bring it on screen.”
