The audio launch of 'Gautham Nanda' was held last evening in Hyderabad. The event was attended by the film's cast and crew.
Gopichand said, "I am content on having done a good film after a long time. The fights composed by Ram-Lakshman duo have got a lot of kick. The producers (Pulla Rao and Bhagawan) haven't compromised on quality. They totally trusted the story. I want to do another movie with them. Soundar Rajan is the best cinematographer I have ever worked with. After 'Shankam', I got to work with Thaman once again. If the songs are superb, the BGM is even better. When Sampath Nandi gave the narration, I felt like hugging him. This film will be a sure-shot hit."
Sampath Nandi said, "We have taken a quote of Sri Ramana Maharshi and made this film. In a year, 700 movies are made in India. I don't know about collections, but this film will be among the top ten best movies of the year. Although I have had hits, story-wise, this has given me the maximum self-confidence. Gopichand garu asked me to do no changes. He asked me to do the film as it is. Hansika and Catherine have done a great job. Every shot is so rich that you will see the money spent."
Producer Bhagawan said, "After we were done with the first schedule in Bangkok, our confidence in the film grew. We knew even then that the film will be a big hit. We had aimed to complete the shoot in 90 days, but it took 115 days."
Thaman said, "I am excited to see the characters of 'Gautham Nanda' on the big screen Soundar Rajan's cinematography needs no special intro. I worked as a keyboard played on Gopichand's 'Ranam' and 'Andhrudu'. I can say it with confidence that Sampath has made a super hit film."
Catherine Tresa said, "Thaman's music is absolutely wonderful. Every song is very different. The story has got a universal point. I thank the makers for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the movie. I have worked with Gopichand for the first time. He is looking quite distinct in this movie."
