Classy filmmaker Gautham Menon and acclaimed Tamil actor Simbu have teamed up once again. As per some reports, they will be doing a sequel to 'Vinnaithaandi Varuvaya' ('Ye Maya Chesave' in Telugu).

The same hasn't been confirmed by the director. The project will have music by AR Rahman. His soundtrack for 'VV' was a massive hit. Recently, there were reports that Anushka Shetty will be its heroine. But there is no confirmation of any sort.

Will it have a Telugu avatar as well? Will it be dubbed or made with a different actor? No clue as of now.

'Achchan Yenbadu Madamaiyada' ('Saahasam Swasaga Saagipo') was the last outing together of the Simbu-Gautham-Rahman trio. Simbu was recently seen in Mani Ratnam's 'Nawab', which was a hit in Tamil but a flop in Telugu.
