Director Gautham Vasudev Menon is currently basking the success of Silambarasan starrer Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu. His open statement about a famous film critique is also currently going viral on social media platforms.

Now yet another video of him handling a situation caused by a confused anchor has surfaced on the internet. In the video the anchor confused Gautham Menon with Mani Rathnam and asked him to share his experience directing top heroes like Simbu, Vijay Sethupathi and Arun Vijay in the same film, referring to Chekka Chivandha Vaanam directed by Mani Rathnam.

Gautham Menon who did not lose his cool trolled the anchor continuing to be sarcastic. He said, "Yeah it was really tough working with the big shots from the film industry. Getting everyone's call sheets and making them come to shoot at 4.30 was very difficult. Since I am Mani Rathnam they all cooperated with me. You could have heard that Simbu was not present for the Gautham Menon's movie shoot at 7.00 am but for me he was present."

This Sarcastic yet funny answer of Gautham Menon has caught the attention of fans and his die-hard fans are praising him for maintaining his cool. On the work front, Menon has announced that he will work with Ram Pithineni for his next project.
