One of the top directors of Kollywood, Gautham Menon has delivered numerous blockbusters in both action and romance genres and has worked with top stars like Kamal Haasan, Ajith, Suriya and Vikram in his career spanning 20 years.

However, his combination with Thalapathy Vijay has been one of the most expected and long delayed one as previously he was supposed to direct the movie 'Yohan' with Vijay which was shelved at the initial stages.

In a recent interview Gautham Menon has revealed the story line of the movie. Gautham Menon has said that Yohan is a spy thriller set completely abroad, and was about a youngster played by Vijay, losing his girlfriend in an aircraft explosion following which he begins a huntnfor three men who plotted the explosion, and how Yohan later joins CIA and turns a top agent. Vijay had initially liked the idea but later said he couldn't do the movie then and assured to join Gautham later. Now, with Gautham revealing the story of Yohan, fans are expecting the combo to come together soon.
