Director Gautham Vasudev Menon, who had directed Karthik Dial Seytha Yenn short film starring Simbu and Trisha during the lockdown had recently released his next lockdown video, "Oru Chance Kudu" starring Shanthanu, Kalaiyarasan and Megha Akash.

The music video with music by Karthik and choreography by Sathish has turned viral and has been much talked about. Now, Shanthanu has tweeted how it started. His tweet read "Started off on a casual note , an evening chit chat .. went on to shoot the next morning and ended up as this ??#OruChanceKudu Such a sweet memory to treasure with such a lovely team ?? once again thank u all for the love அன்றும் இன்றும் என்றும் ??".

Choreographer Sathish tweeted that the song was shot following all the quarantine regulations, and posted a video of the song's making, captioning it "This was shot in full adherance to the Quarantine regulations and the environment was undoubtedly kept sanitised at all time and the entire team was conscientious of the safety measures.Must say, it was a very memorable experience and was eventful ??@menongautham @manojdft".
