Actress Manjima Mohan's wedding to Gautham Karthik will take place on November 28 at a star hotel near Chennai. An official announcement in this regard was made on Wednesday night by the couple themselves at a presser.

The wedding ceremony is going to be a grand one. The who's who of the Tamil film industry is expected to grace it.

Speaking at the presser, the groom-to-be revealed that it was he who first proposed to Manjima. "She took two days to agree. Our families are delighted with our decision to get married," he added.

Gautham Karthik also recalled his father, actor Karthik, once telling him that he will become a man only when he finds the right person. He described his bride-to-be as not just a beautiful person but also a strong-willed personality.

As for veteran actor Karthik, the Telugu audience knew him as Murali. He is known for doing 'Seethakoka Chilaka', 'Anveshana' and 'Abhinandana', among others, in Telugu.
