Nandamuri Balakrishna`s most prestigious project ever - Gautamiputra Satakarni - is proceeding with its shoot at a brisk pace. The historical is presented by Bibo Srinivas, produced on First Frame Entertainment banner by Y Rajeev Reddy and Jagarlamudi Saibabu. It's directed by Krish, whose last film Kanch won the National award.
Producers are here to share the information with press on commencement of Gautamiputra Satakarni new schedule in Georgia from July 4. "A massive war sequence which comes in the climax will be shot in this brawny schedule. Satavahana's soldiers will fight with the Greeks in these portions. These heavy-duty battle episodes are set to be canned in the scenic locations of Mount Kazbeg in Georgia, very close to the Russian border. About 1000 soldiers, 300 horses and 20 chariots will be deployed to make the climax portions look gargantuan in terms of the scale. Balakrishna is expected to travel Georgia in next two days," the makers say.
From the beginning, this film has been well-planned, deftly shot as per the plan, regardless of the scale involved. “We have planned the schedules in a perfect way. The first schedule shot in Morocco comes during the interval. The second schedule successfully wrapped in Hyderabad in an expensive navy vessel setting is part of the intro portions. The third schedule to be held in Georgia will complete the crucial climax. Magnificent CG will be blended with these live scenes to intensify the effect,” director Krish says.
