What makes it one of the biggest hits in the history of Telugu cinema is the fact that, so far, only 13 films have managed to touch this mark in the first weekend. This shows that the potential is very huge.

At USD 1.2 Million, the distributors have already started making profits. As per 9 PM Entertainments, the historical is well on its way to cross the USD 2 Million mark.

It's not just in Overseas that the expedition is phenomenal, but also in domestic market.

Sai Korrapati, who has distributed the movie in Ceded territory, has been quoted as saying that 'GPSK' achieved a break-even on Sunday itself. In Krishna and Guntur, among the crucial markets, the Balakrishna-starrer has been getting an overwhelming response. In Nizam area too, its distributor Sudhakar Reddy has been quoted as saying that the film has already achieved break-even.

Apart from the aforementioned markets, the tale of the Satavahana emperor has had a tremendous welcome in other major markets as well. In some of the major territories, 'GPSK' is set to become an industry hit.
