Gautami makes a comeback with this horror thriller

After 14 years, Gautami is gearing up to make a strong comeback with filmmaker Kukku Surendran's upcoming horror thriller 'E' which revolves around five mass communication students, who land in Haripad to do a documentary on Alzheimer patients. The much-awaited trailer of the horror thriller was recently released online and has impressed the audiences.

In the movie, Gautami essays the role of a music teacher who suffers from Alzheimer's disease. The actress who is highly impressed with the movie's genre, story and her character, says that playing Malathy Menon helped challenge the actor in her. Her character is a single mother who lost her husband when her child was just 6 years old. A host of new faces essay the student roles.

After delivering several hit movies like 'Yodha', 'Nirnayam', and 'Gandharvam', among many others, E` marks to be a comeback for Sangeeth Sivan as well in Mollywood. The Cinematography is handled by Manoj Pillai and music is composed by Rahul Raj. Story, screenplay, and dialogues are penned by Rohan Bajaj, K Hari Kumar and Anwar Husain. Art department is handled by Mahesh Sridhar.Jointly produced by Sangeeth Sivan and Amin Surani under the banner of Sangeeth Sivan Productions and Surani Pictures, 'E' will hit the big screens on August 11th.
