Salman Khan's recently released film 'Radhe' has garnered mixed reviews from fans. While there were many flaws in the film but the antagonists were definitely the highlights of it. Apart from Randeep Hooda, actor Gautam Gulati also shined as the menacing Girgit. Gautam has revealed that his casting in the film was on the direct recommendation of Salman himself.

Gautam said, "This would not have been possible if Salman sir was not there. We met randomly and he hugged me and he thought we should work together, he asked me if I would play a negative role. I could not believe it. I told him that all my favourite heroes are the negative ones and the very next day, his team called me and it was done."

He added, "My clothes, look, training all started… the hairstyle was changed and the shoot commenced. I will never forget this. He has always been very helpful. It feels amazing when a top megastar is there to help me, and believes in me."

The overall design and tattoo of Gautam's character were also conceptualized by Salman himself.
