Earlier today a stylish poster of Gautham Menon's new film Anbuselvan was released by Vishnu Vishal and Pa Ranjith on their official Twitter page. After three hours of posting it, director and actor Gautham Menon has released a shocking statement regarding this film.
Vishnu Vishal released the poster and congratulated the team and the director for his new film. Pa Ranjith on the other hand tweeted, here is the first look poster of Anbuselvan. So much intensity and impact indeed. Can't wait to watch the action-packed spell of Gautham Menon. Best wishes to all
In reaction to this tweet, Gautham Menon released a shocking statement that reads, This is shocking & news to me. I have no idea what this film is that I’m supposed to be acting in. I don’t know or haven’t met the director whose name is on this poster. The producer has got big names to tweet this. It’s shocking & scary that something like this can be done so easily(sic).
On the other hand, we did some digging as it seems like the tags used in the tweets of Vishnu Vishal and Pa Ranjikint seems to be fake with very minimum followers. The accounts are not verified by Twitter which increases the speculations of fans.
As of now, it is unclear if this is a promotional tactic. We will have to wait to know if a big surprise is waiting for us. Gautham on the other hand is busy directing Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu with Silambarasan in the lead role. He was last seen in the film Rudhra Thaandavam.
