Garikapati Narasimha Rao has been interviewed by TV channels ever since he won the Padma Shri on January 25. The 'pravaktha', in his latest interview, has blasted 'Pushpa: The Rise' and said that he will lecture both Allu Arjun and Sukumar if he gets a chance.
"The film is an apology for a smuggler, who says 'Thaggede Le' with swag and attitude. This is spoiling youngsters. Someone might be inspired to physically assault people and say 'Thaggede Le' as if it were an achievement. Who is responsible for all this? I would like to lecture the hero and director of the movie if they come to me," Garikapati said.
The spiritual exponent added that 'Thaggede Le' has become some sort of a spiritual talisman for many people. "Is Pushpa some Sri Rama or Satya Harishchandra to think he won't budge? He is a smuggler. They might show him as a reformed man in the second part. But what about the negative influence that 'Pushpa' is going to have till then?" Garikapati asked.
Bunny's fans are trolling Garikapati for blasting the biggest blockbuster in the Icon Star's career. They are saying that Garikapati is over-reacting to a mere movie.
