Gangster, killed in encounter, returns as ghost?!

On July 10, the Uttar Pradesh police killed a dreaded gangster named Vikas Dubey in an encounter allegedly because he was trying to escape from their custody. Days before the incident, Dubey's gang had killed a few cops when they tried to storm his fiefdom in Kanpur. Dubey became a household name in UP after this.
More than two months after his death, the gangster is back in the news. And it's for a strange reason. Sections of Uttar Pradesh media have reported that Vikas Dubey is suspected to be back - in the form of a ghost. Not kidding!
Journalist Aman Sharma has said that it was an agency report that first quoted a few villagers as saying that Vikas Dubey’s ghost had been spotted in Bikru, a village in UP. "One villager quoted saying Dubey sits in his devastated house and smiles, another quoted saying Dubey’s dog keeps crying inside the house. Surreal stuff!" he tweeted on Wednesday.
Forget what is true, who is going to be the first filmmaker to think up a story on the basis of the gangster-becomes-a-ghost news?
