Richa Chadda, who has had a successful innings in Hindi cinema, says Anurag Kashyap's 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' - which saw her in a powerful supporting role as Nagma Khatoon - says the movie turned out to be a great training ground.
The two-part film is back for a special release via 1018mb.com - a web-platform that lets the audience choose the movies that play at their local theatre - and is being screened on public demand on February 19 at select theatres in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru.
Talking about it, Richa said in a statement: "I am so happy that the audience have imprinted this film in their minds. '...Wasseypur' literally gave me a superlative recognition and it was the best training ground for any actor.
"This initiative to host the screening of both the parts together I think is absolutely genius, and I am glad it has had a great response from everyone."
The movie also features acclaimed actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Richa Chadda.
