The Copyrights issue raised by Isaignani Ilaiayraja against veteran playback singer S.P.Balasubrahmanyam, turned out to be a raging debate ruling the social media since last Sunday and a big disappointment for the music lovers of South Indian cinema, now seems to be heading towards a amicable solution.
Ilaiyaraja had sent a legal notice to the organisers of SPB 50 concert that is underway in USA, against singing the songs composed by him without his permission. Eventually SPB announced through a Facebook post that henceforth he will not sing the song composed by Raja.
Gangai Amaren, the younger brother of Ilaiyaraja and a close friend of SPB had vehemently opposed Ilaiyaraja's decision of making copyrights claim against SPB.
However in his recent interview Amaren has said that the two legends have talked to each other and an amicable solution can be expected in a day or two. The 'Karagattakaran' director also said he had spoken to his elder brother recently and assured that he does not have any hard feelings against SPB.
