'Gang Leader' releases on September 13 and Natural Star Nani and team have already started promoting it. Speaking at a presser, the 'Jersey' star said, "We are going to unveil the trailer for 'Gang Leader' across all theatres from August 28 onwards. A promotional song will be unveiled in the first week of September. We are all waiting for the movie's release with excitement."

Talking about the genre, Nani said, "'Gang Leader' is a new-age revenge drama. Revengers Assembled is the name of our gang in the movie. The gang is going to entertain you for sure. This is a comedy thriller and is not an action drama. Director Vikram Kumar has wrapped up the shoot in seven months flat. This is the shortest time in which he has ever completed a movie."

Talking about the 'Rx 100' actor's role and others in the movie, Nani said, "Kartikeya has slain it in a negative role. He is a very good performer. Priyanka has done a great job despite this being her first flick. He was chosen by PC garu. I am happy to have shared the screen space with senior actress Lakshmi garu. It has been a great learning experience. She can speak in all languages. I have always admired the timing of Saranya garu since I watched 'Nayakudu'."

"Anirudh was chosen as the music director because I totally loved his tunes for 'Jersey'. He has done a great job once again," Nani added. Two songs have been released so far.
