A revenge writer who calls himself Pencil, an old woman who is seething with near-comical rage and carries a knife with her, a young woman who can't be won over so easily, a little girl who is as charmingly innocent as the rest of the females, a gang of five women of different ages and their comedic gang leader - the Teaser for 'Gang Leader' strikes the right notes.

Besides being quirky (those characters, the ostensible premise), the Teaser projects the film as a full-on fun-filled entertainer with probably a twist (related to 'Rx 100' hero Kartikeya). Director Vikram Kumar has on board performers as versatile as Nani and Lakshmi.

Priyanka Arul Mohan has those girl-next-door vibes. Featuring also Saranya, Vennela Kishore, 'Mallesham' and 'Brochevarevarura' talent Priyadarshi, Raghubabu, Aneesh Kuruvilla, Jaija, Pranya and Sathya, the film has music by Anirudh Ravichander (whose first single, released recently, is heard in the Teaser).

Cinematography is by Mirosla Kuba Brojek, while the dialogues are by Venky, and Darling Swamy. Production Designing is by Rajeevan.
