English actor Kit Harington, who played the role of Jon Snow in the award-winning TV series 'Game of Thrones', is expecting his first child with wife and co-star Rose Leslie.

Although the couple is yet to make an official statement in the regard, Rose Leslie's pregnancy was revealed in a photo taken for UK's Make Magazine. Sharing a black and white picture of Rose Leslie showing off her baby bump, the magazine's fashion editor Ursula Lake wrote, "So wonderful working with the beautiful Rose Leslie for the cover story of @make_magazineuk out now! A very special all woman team photographic shoot capturing Rose at this wonderful time as she prepares for motherhood for the first time!" Speaking about her photoshoot for the UK magazine, Rose Leslie reportedly said, "What a glorious thing to be able to run to the countryside and recoup. It's a great privilege to be surrounded by greenery, birdsong and hedgerows, and our delightful neighbors. It's so peaceful."

Kit Harington and Rose Leslie began dating after they met on the sets of Game of Thrones in 2012. While Kit Harington played the role of Jon Snow, who was one of the main characters of the show, Rose Leslie played his love interest, Ygritte, for a brief period of time. The couple got married in June 2018 in Scotland's Aberdeenshire following their engagement in September 2017. The news took the internet by storm as people were delighted over the union of their favourite on-screen couple.
