After the disastrous performance of 'Tulasi Dalam', RP Patnaik is making an effort to bounce back with a never-say-die-spirit. His next film 'Manalo Okadu' is up for release. Starring RP Patnaik and Anitha Reddy in key roles, the film has Sai Kumar, Nasser, Tanikella Bharani, Jayaprakash Reddy, Srimukhi, Raghubabu, Banjerjee, Gollapudi Maruthirao, Raja Ravindra, Duvvasi Mohan and others are part of the cast. Producer Jaganmohan says, "This is the story of an ordinary lecturer named Krishna Murthy. This film has been made based on real-life incidents. The film will be a bigger hit than 'Broker'. Cinematography is by SJ Siddharth. Editing is by Uddhav. Dialogues are by Tirumal Nag. RP is the music director. He has written the story and screenplay as well.

The film marks the return of the famous 'Gajuvaka pilla..' of 'Nuvvu Nenu' fame after many years. After her debut film in Telugu became a blockbuster, the choosy actress went on to act in films like 'Sriram' and 'Ninne Ishtapaddanu' in Telugu, besides doing Bollywood and Hindi television (read 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' and 'Kavyanjali').

GC Jagan Mohan is producing the film on Uni Craft Movies Banner. The audio release of the movie is slated for August 27.
