The 'Gabbar Singh' combination is back with a bang. Devi Sri Prasad is going to compose music for Pawan Kalyan's 28th movie, to be directed by Harish Shankar. In short, this is the return of the combination that gave superb hits such as 'Aakasam Ammayithe' and 'Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham' eight years ago.

Announcing the same, 'Gaddalakonda Ganesh' director Harish Shankar today said, "It is a wonderful day. As energetic as the release day 8 years ago (it was on this day in 2012 that 'Gabbar Singh' was released). What better day to announce that we are coming back together to recreate the same musical energy again. DSP will be scoring music for #PSPK28. We are coming again. Ippude modalaindi."

The film will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. "I will make the film in such a way that it will attract repeat audience. The fans will want to watch it again and again. I will make the film as a true-blue fan of Power Star," Shankar recently said. The film will go on the floors in 2021.

Pawan's 26th film is 'Vakeel Saab', directed by Venu Sriram. His 27th outing is 'Virupaksha', directed by Krish Jagarlamudi.
