Gabbar Singh 4K shatters all re-release records in the USA

Re-releases have become a major trend now-a-days. Any special occasion of an actor, we have a film re-releasing in 4K and fans are also pouring equal love on these films. From Orange to Murari to Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Indra, the recent past saw the re releases of many which collected huge box office amounts.

Celebrating actor Pawan Kalyan’s birthday, the actor’s classic film Gabbar Singh was re-released in 4k, which has made history by becoming the highest-grossing re-release in the United States. The film has surpassed the previous record holder, Indra, setting a new benchmark in the industry.

As of the latest reports, Gabbar Singh 4K has earned $66,000, surpassing the $65,375 grossed by Indra 4K across 64 locations. This impressive achievement places Gabbar Singh 4K at the top of the list for highest-grossing re-releases in the country.

In comparison, other notable re-releases include Chenna Kesava Reddy, which earned $51,129 from 36 locations, and Simhadri 4K, which brought in $50,626 across 29 locations. Additionally, Murari 4K grossed $44,627 from 46 locations, while Jalsa earned $37,973 from 45 locations. Businessman 4K rounded out the list with $27,390.

Released in 2012, Gabbar Singh continues to be one of the biggest hits of Pawan Kalyan’s illustrious career. The film, directed by Harish Shankar, features Kalyan in a dynamic role as a charismatic cop who captivates audiences with his energetic performance and signature dance moves.

Gabbar Singh stands out for its blend of high-octane action and memorable dialogues, which became a hallmark of the film. The movie’s quirky dialogues, music, and most importantly Pawan Kalyan’s iconic style along with gripping action sequences, contributed significantly to its massive success and appeal among the mass audience.

The film also marked a notable collaboration with Shruti Haasan, who played the leading lady opposite Kalyan. This was her first project with the ‘Power Star,’ and her performance added to the film’s charm and appeal.
