'Gabbar Singh 2' Takes Off With Muhurtham

Power Star Pawan Kalyan's 2012 Block buster Gabbar Singh' movie has been a game changer in many ways but what it essentially did is reinstated him back on the chair. The sequel was announced immediately and it took a while before taking shape and finally, thrashing all the doubts and rumors surrounding the same, the film had its Muhurtham done ina simple but special manner with Pawan kalyan, the producer Sarath Marrar, Director Sampath Nandi and the crew members present.
Reflecting Pawan Kalyan's integrity, the honors were done by simple and close members of the team who have been close to the star for a while viz., Production Chief Prakash, Advocate Pramod Reddy and GK Marrar, father of Sarath Marrar. Senior producers Suresh Babu, KLN Raju and Gemini Kiran graced the occasion too.
Sarath Marrar said 'Pawan Kalyan is supervising the script proceedings and the film will hit the floors in May this year. We are planning for a Dasara release. The film is not a sequel or a prequel to Gabbar Singh and is a quite original and novel plot by itself'
