Taking a step forward in promoting their film, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani chose Delhi’s popular college campus to launch the music of their forthcoming film ‘Fukrey’.

Since the film is a about how four friends desperately seek admission in college, the makers decided to launch their music in Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College in Delhi.

Following this the entire team - Farhan, Ritesh, Mika Singh, Ram Sampath, Pulkit, Manjot, Ali Faizal and Richa Chadda will be present at the music launch on 14th May.

Apparently lots of colleges were keen that Farhan Akhtar visit their campus, in fact when the special reece team reached Delhi all colleges were ready to roll the red carpet to them. However the team was very clear that they didn’t want to visit just any college. Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College is known for its Fukra crowd and this is where the team would celebrate and launch its music.

The idea of the team was that they wanted everyone to know just because you don’t get good grades doesn’t mean you have failed in life. After this event, Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College would be proud to say that Farhan Akhtar and Fukra team chose their college over every other college in the city. And may be students of this college can brag this to their friends and peer for years to come!

Set in east Delhi, ‘Fukrey’ salutes the spirit of underdog and the film releases on June 14th.
