Yesteryear actors are one after one turning into villains, be it Jagapathi babu, Vadde Naveen, or Rajasekhar. Now a new name joins the cards and he is Srikanth. Srikanth has acted in more than 100 films as a hero. Before becoming a hero, he played a side-kick and also did a terrific villain's job few of the movies. After he turned into a hero, he never looked back to villainous roles again. A few years after turning into a supporting actor, Srikanth is set to play a villain's role. The latest buzz is that Srikanth has accepted a negative role offered by a top Tamil director for a Kollywood movie.

It means, 20 years later, life has come full circle for the actor. Over the years, he has acted in the lead roles, of course he still continues the lead roles (the recent Terror showed his potential). Since he is essaying the role in Kollywood, image problem won't be a constraint.

It would be interesting to watch Srikanth in a negative role after two decades. Let us see whether he can impress in villainy too.
