The case of Aarti Agarwal can be a parable of our times.
She was at one time a real aspirant for the number one actress in the State.
After starting off with a flurry, the actress had to call it a halt for cutting down her weight.
That break whilst at the top some how robbed the momentum from her career. The initial burst was patently lost.
On her come back, she never managed to regain that original flurry.
After that there was the shenanigans with actor Tarun and the reputed suicide bid just prior to the release of Soggadu.
A promising career ended in ashambles. Now she is slowly trying to piece together the remaining shreds of her career.
Aarti is currently doing a Tamil film with Sriram (he is called Srikanth there).
And then is to jive for just for a song in Prabhas' Chatrapathi.
Mind you, item song is not new for her --- she danced with gay abandon with NTR in Narasimhudu.
But what a fall, Aarti!
