This Friday will see some small budget movies with high expectation releasing. Of all three films Thambikku Indha Ooru, Aval Peyar Thamizharasi and Veerasekaran are picking of the lot this Friday.
Thambikku Indha Ooru as a Bharath film is more popular than others. Thambikku Indha Ooru is about a young man who returns to India from Singapore in search of his identity and roots, and eventually finds his lover. Sana Khan is the heroine. Prabhu, Vivek, Thalaivasal Vijay and Ranjith have performed prominent roles in this film.
Bharath will be a revelation in this film and that is what the director says. Action scenes in the film are very special because Stunt co-ordinator Jimmy Lo, who creates action scenes in Jackie Chans movies, had choreographed the stunts.
Vivek and M S Baskar provide comic relief. Viveks role as Balram Naidu, inspired by Kamals Dasavatharam, is sure to have you in splits.
Music director of Parijatham, Dharan has done six songs and the songs are already doing well in music stations. Produced by J. Saravanan and C. Baskar under the banner of VK Media Pvt. Ltd., the film is directed by Badri.
Moser Bear's Aval Peyar Thamizharasi (Her Name Is Thamizharasi) is directed by Meera Kathiravan, APT has garnered international attention even before its official theatrical release on festival circuits.
Raising curiosity by the name itself, the film Aval Peyar Thamizharasi is about love, treachery, revenge and liberation in the lives of Jothi Murugan and Thamizharasi played by Jai and Nandagi respectively.
The choice of actors lends substantial credibility to the off beat script. Jai as Jothi, new face Nandagi as Thamizharasi, Theodore Baskaran as Jothis Grandfather and Veera Santhanam as Thamizharasis Grandfather have performed wonderfully say the sources that were following the film.
Vijay Anthonys music will be a highlight in APT. All set to release on March 5, Aval Peyar Thamizharasi is sure to break new grounds in sensitive popular cinema.
Veera Sekaran is another low profile film seems to be good in content. Veera Sekaran tells the story of a man who takes to crime and cruelty only for money. He lives in a cemetery and soon becomes wealthy by contacts. But the changed life is not that he wanted.
Art director of famous movies like Kadhal and Veyil, Veerasamar, plays the title role in Veera Sekaran. Amala Paul from Keral is making her debut in Tamil films as the heroine. Veteran Prathap Pothan will be seen in a running role after a long time in Tamil. He plays the villain. MS Bhaskar and Aarthi will provide comic relief.
Directed by Sathish Kumar for producer Chandrasekaran G, Veera Sekaran is a new kid on new wave the block.
