What exactly constitutes 'Breaking News' that has become the rage among the television channels? It has to be substantially good in strength whether it is ill or good in the society. With the current rage as the topic Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar is adding love element, songs and giving a message via this film.

'Breaking News' starring Radhika Pandit and Ajay Rao, is happy mood for actress Radhika Pandit because once again her film is releasing one of the good theatres on KG Road Sagar.

This time Nagathihalli has formed a team of technicians as partners of this film and made under Cine Creations. Stephen Prayog is the music director and Krishnakumar is the cameraman. Gandhi Smiles by Raghavendra Ganapathi direction and production shared the award with Puttakkana Highway of B Suresha at 4th International Bengaluru Film Festival.

For the major portions direction done by Krish Joshi producer Raghavendra Ganapathi has taken the no objection letter from original director and put it as his film direction for 'Gandhi Smiles'. Similarly the production rights he acquired from NM Suresh. However there is a credit for Krish Joshi in the dialogues and screenplay. Krish Joshi also appears sitting next to Raghavendra Ganapathi in the opening song of the film 'Gandhi Smiles'.
