Actress Frances McDormand received the Oscars for the Best Actress for her work in the film ‘Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missourie’. However the skilled actress was also in for a little shock when someone had just plain walked away with her golden statue.
Reportedly, someone had walked off with the Frances McDormand’s Oscars while she was in the Governor’s Ball whcih was just after the awards ceremony. Peratining to this a 47 year old man was arrested on the night of Oscars for allegedly stealing the award, but still awaiting confirmation.
It is also worth mentioning here that the actress has received an award for her ‘Fargo’ by Coen Brothers in 1997. Her acceptance speech comprised how Hollywood should concentrate on more women-centric film.
Frances celebrated her getting back the award by treating herself to a double cheeseburger. Well,what better way to celebrate the happy ocassion of getting her Oscars back!
