Tamil cinema has been in a lull without any big star releases since January. However, starting in July, several big releases are lined up. The latest buzz is that Kollywood is set for a massive clash this Diwali with multiple biggies scheduled to hit the screens simultaneously.

Exciting news has emerged that four movies are targeting a Diwali release this year: Ajith Kumar's "Vidaamuyarchi," Suriya's "Kanguva," Pradeep Ranganathan's "LIC," and Kavin's "Kiss." However, reports suggest that two of these films might be postponed, adding an element of uncertainty to the lineup. Today, this big news is generating significant buzz online.

It remains uncertain whether 'LIC' and 'Kiss' will join the Diwali release race as 'Vidaamuyarchi' and 'Kanguva' are mass hero films expected to dominate the theatres. Additionally, the 'Vidaamuyarchi' shoot is still ongoing, with the final schedule set to commence later this month. If the movie isn't ready by Diwali, 'LIC' and 'Kiss' are likely to hit the screens.
