In a shocking piece of news, four hunters have allegedly raped a Bengal monitor lizard in the Sahydari Tiger Reserve in Maharashthra. They have been taken into custody by the police.
It's believed that the four accused illegitimately entered the core zone of Sahydari Tiger Reserve in Gothane even though they were not supposed to. They were caught committing the act because of a video recording.
Named Sandeep Tukram, Pawar Mangesh, Janardhan Kamtekar and Akshay Sunil, the accused have shocked forest officials.
