With Kannada films scoring badly in the box office in the first quarter with an exception to Junglee, Ambari and Venkata In Sankata for the hot summer vacations four Kannada films are hitting the screen on 10th of April.

S.V. Babu’s ‘Josh’ a multi crore film made in one and half years after a thorough talent search is highly expected film directed by Shivamani. The new guys in the film are Rakesh, Vishnu, Akshay, Alok Amith, Jagannath Poorna and Chetan. Santosh Rai Pathaje is the cameraman and Vardhan has scored the music.

‘Savari’ a remake of ‘Gamyam’ Telugu film by Dr. Ramoji Rao is starring Raghu Mukerji, Srinagara Kitty and Kamalini Mukerjee is a journey film with interesting elements directed by Jacob Verghese. Vel is the cameraman and Manikanth Kadri has scored the music.

‘Hrudayagala Vishya’ a film by director Vasanth who made ‘Mr Bakra’ starring Jaggesh in the past is working on importance of life. Prashanth and Madhu Priya are in the lead cast. Hanumanthappa and Kannan are the producers of ‘Hrudayagala Vishya’ in which the current sensation Yogish is playing the guest role in a song.

‘Nishedhagne’ by debutant director Padmanabha is having the backdrop of Indira Gandhi assassination. In this sentiment and action film made at a cost of R.1.45 crores I have shown what best we can do in the society for the construction of it. Adhi Lokesh plays double role while the sitting MLC and former cop Abdul Azeem in the lead roles of this film. Bharat Babu and Priyanka are the young pair.
