Already 55 films so far in the five and half months four more films add up to the list. The national award winning for best environment ‘Bettada Jeeva’ directed by P Seshadri, I am Sorry…Mathe Banni Pritsona by HP Ravindra Das, ‘Oscar’ by Krishna and ‘Ram Sethu’ by director Annaiah are hitting the silver screen this week.

‘Bettada Jeeva’ by producer Basanthkumar Patil is based on the six decades old novel of Jnanapeeth award winner Dr Shivarama Karanth also bagged the certificate award for story at the 58th National awards announced recently. Dattanna, Suchendra Prasad, Lakshmi Hegde are in the main cast. S Ramachandra is the cameraman of this glorious nature filled film.

I am Sorry Mathe Banni Pritsona…..is a new kind of narration by Ravindr HP Das, Vinay Narkar is the producer. Locked in the controversy of lip lock between lovely star Premkumar and Karishma Tanna the film is out from the controversy. Amritha, Yukthi, Sanjana, Dilipraj, Anand, Tabla Naani are also in the cast. Anoop Seelin has scored 10 songs for this film. For every fifteen minutes a song is on the screen of this two hours twenty minutes film. Ashok Kashyap is the cameraman of this film.

Director Krishna much publicized film ‘Oscar’ starring Ashok, Priyanka and Priyanka Bulgannavar is a romantic thriller produced by Shivu Belawadi. Abhiman Roy has scored the music and Naveen Suvarana is behind the camera.

A film on friendship ‘Ram Sethu’ is another film hitting the silver screen this week. RJD Films banner Smt Sridevi Ram Reddy is the producer. BMP Annaiah has written the story for this film. Krupakar has scored the music. There are two cameramen Gowri Venkatesh and Suresh Babu for the film.

Suryakanth, Dharma, Sangeetha Shetty, Rekha, Padma Vasanthi, Ramesh Pandit, Mohan Juneja, Ram Murthy, Mysore Srikantu are in the cast.
