FNCC New Year Celebrations With Chiranjeevi As Chif Guest

Megastar, Central Minister of State For Tourism Development Dr. Chiranjeevi attended the 2014 new year celebrations of the Film Nagar Cultural Center (FNCC) organized in the club premises on the 31st December 2013 midnight in the supervision of the club president, senior producer KS Rama Rao. The 100 year AV of Indian Cinema and the Nine actress film clippings collage were the high points of the cultural events of the occasion.

KS Rama Rao requested the Minister Chiranjeevi to hand over cheques in financial support to the FNCC members who were deceased last year viz., Vadde Ramesh, Sri Hari, AVS, Jagga Rao, KK Reddy, S Bhavanarayana, Y Hari Krishna, MS Reddy etc. Chiranjeevi was assisted by Dr. KL Narayana, Regional DGP Satya Narayana and KS Rama Rao.

Chiranjeevi said he always felt more belonged to the film industry than the political warfare. He said 'I am thrilled to meet and greet so many friends of mine today. I thank KS Rama Rao for inviting me for the event. I congratulate him and KL Narayana for the great organization they have put in.

The club was started in just about three acres of land and with 300 members which is now a huge 4000 member association and the credit goes to the committee members. 2013 would stand out in my life as one of the worst years especially coz of the friends I lost. My producers, co-artists whom I have been associated for ages. Vadde Ramesh, sri Hari, AVS... I am shocked and choked to speak about that' He concluded by wishing everyone a better and more prosperous new year.

KL Narayana said 'The amount given by the club may be small but I am sure it will go a long way in confirming to their families that the club will be there to supprot them' KS Rama Rao thanked everyone for attending the event and being supportive of the casue.

K Krishna Reddy, Amarnath Nangunuri, Tripuraneni Maharadhi, CH Vittal, P Mallikarjuna Rao, Kongara Jaggav Rao, Y Hari Krishna, VV Ramana Prasad, Eshwara Rao, Vadde Ramesh, S Bhava Narayana, Tammareddy Gopala Krishna Murthy, R Sri Hari, AVS, Siva Rama Prasad, MS Reddy, Akkineni Ravi Shankara Prasad are the deceased members whose families will receive the cheques from the club.
