In a season of sports dramas, 'Arjun Chakravarthy' is a Kabaddi-based sports film that is touted to be high on emotions. Starring Vijaya Rama Raju as the protagonist, its story is based on a real-life story.
Releasing its first glimpse on Wednesday, director Venu KC said that the film will be a hard-hitting one. And the power-packed monologue in the video suggests much the same. It ends with a delirious crowd cheering the name of Arjun. "Let your step be a thunderbolt, defeating loss with it. Take a step towards Arjuna," says the monologue in a high-pitched voice.
The film also features Sija Rose, Ajay, Dayanand Reddy, Ajay Ghosh and Durgesh.
With the music by Vignesh Baskaran, it is produced by Srini Gubbala of Gannet Celluloid. Jagadeesh Cheekati is wielding the megaphone. With dialogues by Rawindra Phule and lyrics by Krishna Kanth, its art design is by Sumith Patel. Costumes are by Poojitha Tadikonda.
The release date of the film is yet to be announced.
