Fire Breaks Out At Deepika Padukone's Apartment Building

A fire broke out today at BeauMonde Towers in Worli, Mumbai, where Deepika Padukone owns a flat in the 26th floor. As per reports, a level-III fire broke out on the 33rd floor of the high-rise and it is said that the fire has been spreading to the floors below. Over 90 residents were rescued and no one was injured. The reason of the fire is yet to be determined.
A source close to Deepika has confirmed that the ‘Padmaavat’ actress was not in the building when the fire broke out. She was out for the shoot of a brand. Her staff was also evacuated. According to the fire brigade officials, the fire was first reported around 2:16 pm after which at least 10 fire tenders, 5 jumbo tankers, 2 hydraulic platforms and ambulances were rushed to the spot. The top two floors are said to be badly affected.
