Financier who has been troubling Rajinikanth arrested under Goondas act

Notorious film financier and businessman Mukul Chand Bothra has been arrested as per the orders of the Chennai City Police Commissioner and he has been booked under the Goondas Act based on multiple complaints of usury (the action or practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest.).
Mukul Chand Bothra and his two sons Sugan Bothra and Sandeep Bothra have been arrested based on at least four complaints against them for charging exorbitant interest rates and threatening businessmen to pay huge interests for the finance they have lent to them in the past. Meanwhile Bothra was taken to Egmore Eye hospital for an eye related problem.
Now the city police commissioner A.K.Vishwanathan has taken the bold step and arrested Mukul Chand Bothra under the Godnda's act. This means he will have to serve a prison term of two year until he is acquitted by the court from the charges against him.
This Mukul Chand Bothra is notorious for giving so much troubles for Superstar Rajinikanth by filing cases against the star for the repayment loan he had allegedly given to director-producer Kasthuri Raja.
